Medical Records

We understand the importance of accurate medical records to our customers. NWHS is constantly improving MAR accuracy and efficiency.  Our medical records department provides all facilities with monthly customized Medication Administration Records (MARs) printed with full color photos of each medication and personalized MAR’s with each resident’s photograph. We provide progressive and convenient medical technology to all of our customers. NWHS medical records staff provides over 4000 residents with customized MAR’s thus removing the burden of producing those records from facility staff allowing them more time to focus on patient care.
